DCFS Foster Caregivers have certain rights and responsibilities to guide them in meeting the needs of children and youth in their care. In addition, there are certain prohibitive practices when caring for a child in DCFS custody. This course will provide an overview of R & R and prohibitive practices. Upon completion of this course, the participants will have an understanding of their rights as a foster caregiver along with the responsibilities when caring for children in DCFS custody.
