E. Jerry Barrilleaux is currently the Title IV-E Liaison for the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS). His roll and responsibilities are to be the bridge between the Agency, 7 Universities, and the Scholars. He started with DCFS in 2014 and has worked Foster Care in the Lafayette Region. Jerry was appointed to a Task Force for the creation of Extended Foster Care for the State of Louisiana. Jerry completed the Plummer Youth Training which is geared toward working on permanency for youth, and foster parents.
