Kim Kelly-Aaron received her B.S. degree in psychology from LSU in 1990 and her MSW from SUNO in 2000. She has worked 24 years with DCFS. She has worked as a Foster Care Case Manager, DCFS Court Liaison to Jefferson Parish Juvenile Court, and supervised Foster Care. She also has worked extensively with ICPC (the Interstate Comact on the Placement of Children and young adults who have aged out of Foster Care.
