"Beginning when I was in 5th grade I knew I wanted to make a difference in a child’s life. I chose child welfare because I am able to fulfill my passion of making a difference in the life of a child and their parents.

I am able to help children meet their needs and help them have a voice. I am able to help parents become the best versions of themselves for their children. I love the work that I do. There are so many rewards, including the look on children’s faces when they interact with their parents.

A day in child welfare will change your life forever!"
