Evelyn Jenkins is an instructor and Coordinator of the Title IV-E Child Welfare Program at Grambling State University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Public Manger (CPM). Ms. Jenkins received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana Tech University, a Master of Social Work from Grambling State University, and a Master of Public Administration from Southern University in Baton Rouge Louisiana. She has over 30 years of experience in child welfare with 22 years in various management and administrative positions at the state level. Ms. Jenkins also has experience in health care and behavioral health social work, organizational and cultural assessments, and professional development of staff.
