This course serves to introduce to DCFS staff, The Family First Prevention Services Act. What it means for child welfare, the practice, and intended family outcomes. This is a purposeful information session where statewide representation of child welfare administrative and field program staff comes to a healthy discussion to better understand the dynamics of the Family First Prevention Services Act.
