In an effort to support the DCFS Child Welfare workforce, we have put together some wellness resources to help you recharge.  On this page, you will find short video and audio clips and other resources to help you nurture yourself in the areas of safety and self-care, stress management, and mindfulness.

With issues of compassion fatigue and burnout so prevalent in your line of work, it is imperative that you take the initiative to focus on your wellness, so you can lead a healthy, balanced life and continue to be a compassionate professional.
