Katherine Prejean is a Child Welfare Manager with the Department of Children and Family Services. Katherine has over 20 years of experience working in behavioral health, early childhood intervention and infant mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders, and with foster and adoptive families and youth. Katherine completed a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degree in Psychology and a fellowship in Infant Mental Health through the Tulane Institute of Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health.
