Sierra received her undergraduate degree from Southern University in Criminal Justice with a minor in Business Management in 2009. Shortly after graduation, she realized her passion for helping others which led her to the Social Work field. Sierra received her Masters in Social Work from Louisiana State University in 2012. and has been working in the Social Work field ever since. Sierra is married with 4 children and 2 small dogs that keep her on the go.
