This lunch and learn will provide an overview of ACT 35 and the importance of placement stability for child who are in foster care, responsible of staff, and to provide information regarding timelines and best practice. Participants will learn the importance of their role in ensuring the ACT 350 Law is adhered to upon foster care entry, which includes the proper forms, timelines, and understanding place stability, the roles both staff and courts play when utilizing ACT 350.
