Heather is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University with a bachelor?s degree in Business Management. Ms. O?Neill?s professional background includes nonprofit management, grant writing, marketing, data management, and process improvement. She is a Louisiana native with strong roots in her local community and a love for her state. In her free time, Heather enjoys yoga, rock climbing, and playing piano.
