Dr. Margaret Wheeler serves as the Financial Manager of the Louisiana Child Welfare Training Academy. Dr. Wheeler obtained her BA from Ashford University in Accounting, her MBA, from Ashford University and her EdD in Educational Leadership from the University of Louisiana Lafayette. Before LCWTA, Dr. Wheeler served as the Director of GEAR UP at SLU. She brings years of financial knowledge from serving as a Restricted Funds Accountant. She has dedicated her life to education, community outreach, and ministry, blending her passion for service with a commitment to empowering others.
