During Session 3 of the CW SSCBP Support Group participants will focus on the unique issues of working in Child Welfare during Covid-19. Participants will discuss the impact this had on them as well as their staff. There will be time to reflect on the grief and loss associated with Covid-19 and the pandemic. They will have an opportunity to discuss what they and their staff can do to take care of themselves. Lastly, they will explore how to move forward as we begin returning to �normal?. As with other support groups, there will be time for peer support.



Target Participants: New DCFS-Child Welfare Supervisors who have completed all 6 modules of Child Welfare Supervisor Support and Capacity Building Program.
